Practice Highlights :

Established, Busy Practice : Join a thriving practice with a strong patient base.
Schedule : Monday to Friday with limited call (phone consult), some locations offering Saturday hours.
Flexible Clinic Hours : 7 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM, with options to accommodate your schedule.
Patient Volume : See an average of 18-24 patients per day.
Work-Life Balance : 36 hours of patient contact and 4 hours of administrative time per week.
Support Team : Medical Assistants, Front Desk, and leadership support to help you succeed.
Clinical Scope : Care for all ages with a focus on wellness, chronic disease management, and specialized procedures based on your interests.

Candidate Requirements :

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.

Passionate about providing care to patients of all ages.

Banner Health offers a generous salary and recruitment incentives, along with an industry leading benefits package that provides security for you and your family :

Competitive Base Salary : $290,000 with a 3-year salary guarantee

Incentives : Up to $100K starting bonus and educational loan repayment up to $100K.

Resident Support : $1500 monthly stipend during the final year of training.
