We are a busy Otolaryngology / ENT practice in search of a full-time Experienced Medical Assistant in person position; travel will be required between our three offices in Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, and Harbour View area of Suffolk.

Past experience in covering a physician(s) is required .

This is a Monday through Friday position. 8am - 5pm. Travel between our three locations is a requirement as needed. Main location will be Harbour View, Suffolk area.

No weekends or holidays.

The ideal candidate would have 1-2 years working with a physician and patient interactions. As well as :

• Experience with In-Office procedures a plus.
• Flexibility to work with a busy ENT provider .
• Willingness to learn.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between our three locations
• Certified Medical Assistant
• Taking patient vitals, reason for visit medical history and documenting within the EMR system.
• Ability to work Monday- Friday 8am-5pm without issue.
• Verifying patient information, obtaining authorizations, medication refills, physician orders, and chart prep.
• Assist with daily department duties, cleaning, restocking, ordering supplies, etc.
• Reliable transportation, able to travel between office locations when needed.
• Ability to work Monday Friday from 8am-5pm, with no issue
• Willingness to learn
