Overview

Eurest is hiring for a full-time FOH LEAD SUPERVISOR position.

Location : Capital One Cafe - 8001 South Orange Blossom Trail, Orlando, FL 32809. Note : online applications accepted only

Schedule : Full-time. Open availability is required, including weekends; more details upon interview.

Requirement : Previous cafe management experience is desired.

Fixed Pay Range : $25.00 per hour

Job Summary

Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures staff is on task, quality assurance standards are met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
