You will deliver personalized nursing support and assistance with daily living activities under the guidance of a registered nurse (RN). Your responsibilities will include : \n

  • Providing age-appropriate care according to resident needs and care plans.\n
  • Assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.\n
  • Monitoring vital signs and documenting care activities.\n
  • Supporting residents during transfers and mobility, ensuring safety and comfort.\n
  • Creating a positive dining experience by assisting with meals and snacks.\n
  • Engaging residents in wellness and recreational programs to encourage participation.\n
  • Maintaining cleanliness and order in resident living areas and assisting with laundry services.\n
  • Collaborating with nursing staff to communicate changes in resident conditions.\n\nBy becoming part of our dedicated team, you will help foster a nurturing environment for our residents!\n\nQualifications\n
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.\n
  • Minimum age of 16 years, with prior nursing assistant experience preferred.\n
  • Must be a certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with the State Board of Nursing or obtain certification within four months of hiring.\n
  • Commit to annual continuing education with a minimum of 12 hours required yearly.\n
