We are seeking to hire a 3 to 5 year experienced Field Boiler Technician to join our growing crew serving the greater Indy area. We offer a wide array of services, including design / build powerhouse projects, control upgrades, energy audits, boiler service work, and much more!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Troubleshoot, calibrate, tune and service boilers and burners.
  • Read electrical blueprints.
  • Calibrate field instrumentation.
  • Conduct routine and emergency services, calibrations, start-up and training on industrial boilers, burners, and associated equipment.
  • Update wiring diagrams.
  • Assist in the installation of systems.
  • Travel to jobsites for service work. Some out-of-town travel is required (25-30% annually).

    • We’re it if this is You :

  • 3-5 years’ experience servicing commercial boilers and burners.
  • PLC experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with electric meter and hand tool skills preferred.
  • Motivated to learn and grow in this field.
  • Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel skills.
  • Ability to climb and work on standard ladders.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
