Job description :Job Title : Automotive TechnicianPosition Overview :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Technician with 5+ years of experience to join our service team.The ideal candidate will be Ford / Lincoln certified, possess a deep understanding of automotive systems, a commitment to quality workmanship, and a dedication to customer satisfaction. As a Master Technician / A-Tech, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring the safety and reliability of our customers' vehicles.
Somebody with transmission and previous OEM experience would be highly preferred.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on vehicles.
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment to accurately diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers to explain repairs and recommendations.
- Adhere to dealership and manufacturer guidelines for quality and efficiency.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Qualifications :
- Ford / Lincoln certified required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician
- OEM experience preferred
- Transmission experience preferred
- Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and repair manuals.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
