Key Responsibilities
Oversee payroll processing for multi-state employees
Partner with the People & Culture team to develop payroll best practices
Monitor deliverables and team performance while collaborating with various organizations
Required Qualifications
8+ years of relevant work experience for a public company
Proven leadership experience managing a payroll team of 2-4 individuals
Experience in processing payroll for 2,000+ employees
Multi-state payroll experience
Working knowledge of ADP Vantage, Oracle, and Workday HRMS
