LOCUM CRNA in Hershey, Pennsylvania Job ID : 129026

Specialty : CRNA
Practice Setting : OR / Surgery Department. Level 1 trauma center. Large academic hospital.
Dates / Coverage Needed : Beginning ASAC for 3 months with the option to extend, Monday-Friday. Shift times are 6 : 30 am - 3 pm or 6 : 30 am - 5 pm. Will consider 6 : 30 am - 7 pm. Thursdays are a 7 : 30 am start. No nights, no weekends, no holidays, and no call. 30 min unpaid lunch break per shift.
Staffing Mix / Supervision : Medical Direction at a 3 : 1 or 2 : 1 ratio
Case Mix : General, orthopedics, trauma, plastics, neurosurgery, pediatrics, endoscopy, NORA, robotic surgery, gynecology, ENT, etc. No hearts, OB, or blocks.
Credentialing Time Frame : 60-90 days
Certifications : BLS
Active PA License : Must have an active PA license
Flight / Lodging / Rental Car or Mileage : Yes
