\nOT- outpatient needed asap\n -One (1) year related experience (preferably in a clinic setting) is required.\n-Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school is required.\nMasters' degree in Occupational Therapy is preferred.\n-Current / valid state Occupational Therapist licensure is required.\n-BLS - American Heart Association.\n-Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) preferred\n-Advanced Care Life Support (ACLS) endorsed by the American Heart Association. preferred\n

Required Qualifications

Occupational Therapist, Outpatient

Experience : 1 year

Licenses : OT-MT

Certifications : BLS(Copy Needed)

Preferred Qualifications
