Human Resources Manager
The HR Manager will lead and oversee all facets of HR operations, including employee relations, compliance, payroll, benefits administration, and policy development. This role will manage HR staff, partner with leadership, and ensure alignment between HR strategy and business objectives. This is a hands-on position that requires experience in the technology industry and proficiency in ADP Workforce Now. The HR Manager reports directly to the Vice President of Global HR.

The HR Manager will report directly to the VP of Global HR and oversee two HR Generalists and an HR Coordinator. The role offers a hybrid work schedule with onsite work from Monday to Thursday and remote work on Fridays. The work hours are from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM or 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM.
Pay and Benefits :
The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $130000.00 / yr.
