Job Description
This position within Regulatory Support Services (RSS) will primarily support the Global Fund Services' Contracts Team. The primary job responsibilities will include :
- Managing and updating the RSS Contracts Team's queue of contracts and current status of such contracts
- Managing a shared email inbox and coordinating responses
- Managing complex calendars / scheduling
- Coordinating meetings, including but not limited to maintaining meeting agendas
- Interacting with cross-functional teams / business lines
- Working on highly visible projects (some may be highly technical in nature, including working with data)
- Uploading executed contracts to storage locations
- Assisting with implementation of new contracts system and tasks related to organizing contracts and tagging metadata
- Seeking improvement opportunities and efficiencies in team processes
- Other duties as assigned
The role offers a hybrid / flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalentTypically four to five years of experience in administrative and support staff activitiesPreferred Skills / Experience
High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree is preferred5+years of experience in administrative and support staff activities; experience in high-paced / corporate / legal / law firm environment is preferredExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with an ability to interact collaboratively across U.S. BankHighly motivated, enthusiastic, proactive, and strong critical thinking skillsAbility to organize, track and stay on task with numerous contracts being negotiated simultaneouslyAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks while having a team-oriented approach and willingness to embrace a variety of mattersExcellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applicationsU.S. Bank is an equal opportunity employer.
