Work environment consists of a typical office setting using typical office equipment with standard business hours Monday through Friday.
The flexible, respectful individual we see in this position is an innovative and quick thinker with these qualifications : Associate's degree in related field strongly preferred. One year of Human Resources experience preferred. One year of clerical / administrative office experience, utilizing multiple software systems.

Ability to learn, interpret and apply Human Resources policies, procedures, basic State and Federal Employment laws and regulatory guidelines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects. Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with staff at all levels in the agency. Discretion and personal accountability.
