Primary requirement of a Wingstop Shift Lead :

• Manage the day-to-day aspects of a Wingstop
• Focused on excellent customer service and excellent operational results
• Ensure that the highest quality products are delivered to each customer
• Help direct and train team members, while assisting in goals driven by the Assistant and General Managers
• Always represent the brand and department in a professional and polished manner
