Operations Manager

Port of Catoosa needs Operations Manager. This is a working manager role. Requirements include overseeing warehouse operations and day-to-day operations, hiring of leads and supervisors, handling annual reviews of employees, and implementing all safety regulations. Responsibilities also cover quality control, compliance, and reporting of results. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, excellent math skills, and a willingness to learn how to blend fertilizer. Detailed-oriented, with welding skills and torch experience, the candidate must be mechanically inclined. A CDL is a plus but not required. Bilingual would be a plus but not required. Candidates should not be afraid of heights and an agricultural background would be helpful. The position is from 7am-5pm, with a requirement to be flexible to work a lot of overtime and Saturdays. Salary depends on experience.
