Our projects span across Michigan, the United States, and Canada. As a growing organization, we are seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals to join our team as Field Managers .

Position Overview

The Field Manager plays a critical role in the success of every project. This position requires a highly organized leader with deep knowledge of trade work, scheduling, and construction processes. The Field Manager will oversee field operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and project timelines while maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors, clients, and local authorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Project Management to develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules from start to completion.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards for all employees and subcontractors.
  • Interpret and apply project drawings, specifications, building codes, and construction methods.
  • Track and communicate project bulletins, changes, and updates.
  • Conduct quality control inspections and verify correct layout and construction methods.
  • Manage scheduling and inventory for job site materials and equipment.
  • Proactively resolve on-site conflicts to maintain workflow.
  • Build and sustain effective relationships with subcontractors, project management, code officials, and clients.

Position Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in the commercial construction industry.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Procore.
  • OSHA and CPR certifications (preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the United States as required.
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and problem-solving.
