Collections Counselor

TEKsystems is currently searching for career-driven candidates interested in a Collections Counselor opportunity with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in the Pensacola, FL area!

Position : LCR Collections Counselor

Job Description :

• Handling phone calls with members, negotiating settlements, and arranging payments.
• Maintaining and tracking settlements and payment arrangements.
• Updating and submitting new arrangements into the system.
• Collecting payments with both inbound and outbound calls.
• Primarily handling outbound dialing using an auto-dialer.
• Inbound calls overflow when necessary.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $17.75 / hr.
