Reaves Law Firm, a fast-growing law firm in Memphis, Tennessee, is seeking an experienced and highly organized Litigation Paralegal to join our prestigious law firm. This position will be the paralegal for cases in Memphis, Arkansas and Mississippi. This role will report to the Litigation Paralegal Team Leader to ensure cases are prepared to meet the Firm’s trial standards.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in civil litigation, plaintiff or defendant. The position will also be responsible for handling a consistent case load of 30-40 cases.

Key Requirements :

In-depth knowledge of legal procedures, terminology, and documentation.

• Must be extremely comfortable with technology.
• Must be comfortable with managing State and Federal E-File systems.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt and embrace change in processes / procedures.
• Experience managing expert discovery and expert trial preparation.
• Familiarity with case management software and legal research tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with attorneys, clients, and team members.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work products.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgments under pressure.
• Must possess professional demeanor, demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, and adher to ethical standards.
