Ensure the store remains clean, safe, and welcoming for both customers and employees. Deliver exceptional and consistent customer service. Build local brand awareness through community outreach initiatives. Collaborate on the planning and execution of in-store and off-site events. A genuine passion for culinary products and experiences. Associate or bachelor's degree preferred or relevant retail experience. Minimum 3 years of retail sales management experience. Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication, organizational, and writing skills. Professional, adaptable, and collaborative approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. We're seeking a passionate and driven Retail Store Manager to lead our ZWILLING Shop in your area. If you're a career-minded leader with a love for culinary excellence and retail, we'd love to grow with you!
Personnel Management :
- Recruit top talent for retail stores.
- Train team members in product knowledge, selling techniques, and store operations.
- Motivate and develop staff through coaching, feedback, and regular performance assessments.
- Foster a safe, positive, and collaborative work environment.
- Uphold company policies and standards.

Benefits :
Salary Range : $60,000.00- $65,000.00 per year based upon experience.
