At Netflix, the Ads Product Marketing Team specializes in bringing our ad products to the B2B advertising marketplace globally. Product Marketing plays a key role in product development and go-to-market strategies. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to articulate market requirements and define the product narrative, aiming to deliver products that meet market needs and highlight Netflix advantages.

We are seeking a passionate, curious, and collaborative Ads Product Marketer to join our Ads Product Marketing team. You will contribute to taking our Ads business to the next level as we announce building our own ad tech and accelerating Programmatic. This position is based in Los Angeles, CA or New York, NY and reports to the Head of Ads Product Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the definition and development of go-to-market efforts across new ad product solutions, and enhance existing offerings in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders (product commercialization, ad product, research, sales, UX, measurement, policy, etc.)
  • Be a trusted partner to product and sales teams and work with team members to drive projects forward
  • Support the team in identifying and executing marketing needs to support ad products in each region for UCAN, with extension to EMEA, APAC and LATAM
  • Collaborate and assist in creating materials, demos, assets, etc., that bring solutions to life
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Comms, Ad Product, Marketing) to ensure a consistent ads narrative
  • Collaborate with Research teams to include audience and industry insights that inform the development of new ad solution offerings and their market positioning

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5+ years experience in product marketing within the digital advertising and / or B2B Advertising space, and a total of 5-7 years overall experience
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally on bringing products to market in the advertising / B2B space
  • Strong communication and ability to project manage independently; ability to collaborate with technical teams (Product, legal, policy, comms, and other marketing team members) on product launch projects
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with comfort in understanding research data
  • Ability to collaborate in an inclusive, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to balance near-term priorities with long-term ad product marketing strategy
  • Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills, including handling multiple projects and tight timelines
  • High-level understanding of product growth and developing strategic roadmaps
  • Attention to detail with an 80 / 20 problem-solving approach
  • Knowledge of the ad-supported streaming space and the ad tech ecosystem
  • Programmatic experience a plus
  • Compensation and Benefits

    Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; there are no bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. The range for this role is $70,000 - $245,000, determined using market indicators and your job family, background, skills, and experience.
