Job Overview :
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them regain movement and manage pain after an injury or illness. Your expertise in home health, outpatient, and the geriatric population will be invaluable in providing high-quality care to our patients.
Duties :
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to continue their rehabilitation at home
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records of treatments and outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in physical therapy to provide evidence-based care
Qualifications :
