About the role Ready to shake up the creative world with AI? This isn't just another tech gig; it's a chance to shape the future of creativity. As our Product Marketing Director for AI, you'll be the voice of our most ambitious products, translating groundbreaking tech into must-have tools for millions of creative pros. You'll partner with our brilliant AI team, not just to launch products, but to craft the compelling narratives that make them indispensable. This is a senior role with one direct report, which means you’ll be a strategic force, leading go-to-market strategies and positioning our AI products to stand out in a fast-moving, competitive space. Your work will bridge the gap between complex tech and the real needs of our community, helping them fearlessly create in a world that’s constantly changing. What you\'ll be doing

Craft compelling, clear positioning and messaging for our AI and broader product portfolio.

Lead the planning and execution of global go-to-market strategies, from major AI launches to product updates.

Arm cross-functional teams with the insights they need through product briefs, competitive analysis, and sales guides.

Produce high-impact content—from case studies to demos—that positions Envato as a leader in creative tech and AI.

Dive deep into market trends, buyer personas, and competitive landscapes to inform and refine our strategies.

Integrate customer and market feedback into every launch and campaign.

Represent Envato as a thought leader in the AI space at industry events and forums.

Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to ensure our messaging is on point and our launches are seamless.

Define and track key metrics to measure the success of product marketing initiatives.

About you

You're a seasoned product marketer with 10+ years of experience, ideally in the AI, SaaS, or advanced tech sectors.

You have a deep understanding and passion for generative AI technologies, market trends, and adoption challenges.

You’re a master storyteller, able to create compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences and strong writing skills - making complicated simple.

You have a proven track record of leading high-profile, global product launches and integrated campaigns.

You can drive alignment and influence teams without direct management, leveraging your expertise and strategic vision.

You're a data-driven decision-maker who can track KPIs and optimise performance.

You’re comfortable presenting to executives and representing the company publicly.

You’re a strategic thinker who can pivot quickly in a fast-paced market.
