• Skills required : Bread and Butter peds dental ENTPractice Setting : HospitalRequirements :
• Board Certification : NBCRNA
• State license required : SC
• Certifications required : NBCRNA BLS ACLS PALS
• Minimum experience required : 2 years of experience practicing medicine. Clean Malpractice history.Credentialing Timeframe : 60-90 days WITH SC LICENSE WILL NOT LICENSE RATE is all-inclusive and subject to change based on where provider lives from the facility Shift Info : Day 5x8-Hour 08 : 00 - 16 : 00
• 1099 Pay Rate : Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request)
