Key Responsibilities :
- Clean and Set Tables : Clear used dishes, glasses, and silverware from tables after guests leave. Reset tables with clean plates, silverware, glasses, napkins, and condiments before new guests arrive.
- Assist Servers : Help servers by refilling drinks, delivering food to tables, and providing additional service as needed.
- Maintain Cleanliness : Sweep or vacuum floors, wipe down surfaces, and empty trash bins in the dining area, restrooms, and other common areas.
- Stock Supplies : Ensure the restaurant has sufficient supplies like napkins, utensils, and condiments. Refill stations as necessary.
- Support Guests : Provide a welcoming experience by assisting guests with seating and responding to special requests.
- Monitor Dining Areas : Ensure all areas are well-maintained and free of clutter, and report any maintenance issues to management.
- Assist in Other Tasks : Help with food preparation, light cleaning in the kitchen, or any other tasks requested by management or staff.
Skills & Qualifications :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Team player with a positive attitude.Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects (such as trays or stacks of dishes).Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.Previous experience in a restaurant setting is a plus but not required.Work Environment :
