We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex automation projects in manufacturing and industrial sectors, based in Appleton, Wisconsin. The role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution and delivery of automation solutions.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead automation and controls projects within manufacturing plants.
  • Collaborate with teams to design and implement automation solutions using Siemens, Ignition, and Allen Bradley PLC systems.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Apply Agile Scrum methodologies to improve workflows.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives.
  • Implement change management strategies for system upgrades.
  • Monitor project performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards in automation and electrical engineering.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members.

Requirements :

  • At least 3 years of project management experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Strong background in controls, automation, and electrical engineering.
  • Proficiency with Siemens, Ignition, and Rockwell Automation platforms.
  • Experience with PLC programming and HMI software.
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum and project management certifications.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of Jira, ERP systems, and cloud technologies is a plus.
