Picture your day : you open with a deep dive into drawings and specifications, translating them into buildable scopes and competitive numbers. By midday, you’re negotiating with fabricators and suppliers to lock in pricing and availability. In the afternoon, you’re on-site, aligning the field team, reinforcing safety practices, and making real-time calls on schedule and cost. You close the day rebalancing budgets and timelines, communicating updates to clients and partners so everyone moves forward together.

As the primary liaison among our company, our clients, and construction teams, you set the tone for collaboration and clarity. You will champion a safety-first mindset while exercising the authority to make critical decisions on cost, schedule, and field operations to keep work on track and to standard.

What you will leadEstimating

• Develop accurate, competitive estimates for structural steel scopes.
• Evaluate drawings, specifications, and related documents to build comprehensive bids.
• Detail material, labor, and equipment costs with precision.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to validate pricing and confirm material availability.
• Implement efficient procedures that drive timely buyout, shop drawing approvals, and on-schedule material deliveries.
