Customer Service Requirements :
A Customer Service Team Member is an independent self starter that is able to problem solve various situations. They deal with customers in person, as well as over the phone, assisting them with various questions regarding PRO Swim Academy's programs, classes and registration. A Customer Service Team Member has clear communication skills and is willing to do whatever it takes to make our customer’s time memorable.
