About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Profession : Registered Nurse (RN)

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Day Shift

Hours per Shift : 12 hours

Experience : 24 months minimum of current NICU experience required

License : Active Arizona Nursing License

Certifications : NRP, BLS (AHA)

Must-Have :

Candidates with an Arizona home address on their driver's license will not be considered.

All candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept.

No license hits are required.

Flu vaccination is required.

Description :

Candidates must have a minimum of 24 months of current NICU experience.

Certified BLS (AHA) and NRP certifications are required at the time of submission.

Candidates should provide a copy of their driver’s license as part of the submission process.

All requested time off must be noted and cannot exceed 7 days.

RTO requests will not be approved within the first week of the assignment or during holidays.

Travel experience is preferred.

A complete cover page is required.

The resume must include all facilities, facility size, beds, trauma level, and units listed.

A skills checklist specific to the discipline must be included and be less than one year old.

Verification of the active license must be less than 30 days old.

Vaccination status should be included in the submission notes.

Travelers must list all locations and shifts they are open to working on.

All departments the traveler is willing to work in must be checked on the cover page.
