Overview

Our client, a dynamic company in the Insurance industry, is seeking a skilled and motivated Personal Lines Producer to join their team in a hybrid role based in Denver, Colorado. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in personal lines insurance and sales while building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Job Title

Job Title : Personal Lines Producer

Salary : $50,000 - $60,000 base salary + commissions + bonuses - OTE $70,000-$100,000

Base pay range

$50,000.00 / yr - $60,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a specific niche or niches within the personal lines insurance market.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Set and consistently exceed sales quotas to drive revenue growth.
  • Understand prospective clients' needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
  • Efficiently budget and allocate resources to maximize outcomes.

Must-Have Skills

  • Proven experience in personal lines insurance sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to set and achieve revenue goals (e.g., $50k-$100k annually).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Experience in managing and growing a book of business.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Desire and capability to grow a book of business to $500k in revenue.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the sales process within the insurance industry.
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas and achieving business growth.
