Seeking a well versed engineer to lead client driven custom development and manufacturing projects from concept to delivered components. Act as a liaison between clients and manufacturing teams by developing, evaluating, improving and documenting manufacturing processes for new projects. Shall;
  • Assess designs for manufacturability
  • Work closely with the internal machine shop, and external manufacturing suppliers to reduce costs and risk associated with manufacturing complex components.
  • Calculate production, labor, material costs and review production schedules
  • Provide engineering support for capital equipment purchases, installation, maintenance and training.
  • Interpret CAD drawings to develop and optimize CNC programs for multi-axis machines Requires;
  • Experience writing CNC programs for multi-axis machining
  • Ability to design and interpret 2D / 3D modeling
  • BS in Engineering
