Responsibilities

You oversee the cost-efficient maintenance of various facilities. You will also oversee a team and vendors for remodeling, additions, maintenance services and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, machine servicing, janitorial services, general grounds, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, security, electrical systems, and other departments. Your tasks will include to :

Competencies Required

Proven leadership skills, flexibility, the ability to quickly understand intricate documents and communicate effectively with various groups (in writing or verbally), basic math skills, as well as computer savvy (including BAS) are among the key requirements. Physical Requirements

lift or carry up to 20 lbs.; push or pull up to 40 lbs.; bend or stoop; reach above shoulder level; drive automatic equipment vehicles; walk, stand, sit.

lift or carry up to 60 lbs. or more; push or pull up to 60 lbs. or more; work with machinery, climb, work in extreme temperatures.
