• Shift : 3x12-hour day shifts (10 : 30 AM – 11 : 00 PM)\n
• Hours per Week : 36\n
• Estimated Weekly Salary : $1990 - $2130 per week\n
• On-Call : 1 weekend 24-hour call per month (Saturday or Sunday)\n
• Holiday Coverage : Possible\n
• Facility Type : Level I Trauma Center, Teaching Hospital, Magnet Status\n
• Charting System : EPIC\nCVOR RN Qualifications\n
• Active South Carolina or Multi-state Registered Nurse (RN) license required at start\n
• Minimum 2 years of recent CVOR RN experience in a hospital setting\n
• Ability to circulate all services : CT, Vascular, Surgical Oncology, Plastics, Colorectal, Robotics, Bariatric\n
• Cardiac / Vascular scrub experience highly preferred\n
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required)\n
• Experience with EPIC electronic health records system\n
• Community hospital and Level I / II Trauma experience preferred\n
• Previous charge nurse experience preferred\n
• Radiation badge (provided by agency)\n
• Flu vaccine required (medical / religious exemptions accepted)\nCVOR Nurse Responsibilities\n
• Circulate and assist in a variety of cardiovascular and thoracic surgical procedures\n
• Deliver direct patient care in the CVOR, ensuring patient safety and optimal clinical outcomes\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including IV, respiratory, radiology, pharmacy, and rapid response\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC\n
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide weekend / holiday coverage as needed\n
• Comply with all hospital policies, including emergency response protocols during hurricane season\n
