Currently, our partner company GOATS a performance marketing agency with expertise in traffic arbitrage is looking for a Traffic Team Lead Performance Team to scale its directions.

  • Many years of experience working with traffic in various verticals : affiliate, e-commerce, nutra, sweepstakes, etc.
  • Strong back-office that covers all team needs : design, SMM, finance, business dev, recruiting, technical support, C-level management.
  • Co-founders with deep experience in building and scaling teams.
  • Proven processes and communication that allow quickly launching and developing new directions.

Who we are looking for :

  • Team Leads with or without a team, ready to build and scale the direction.
  • Team leaders with proven cases and real results.
  • Leaders who can : build processes within the department; manage people and results; plan budgets and KPIs; scale successful connections and traffic sources.
  • Flexible leaders ready to grow with our infrastructure and experience.

    • Experience in verticals : sweeps, nutra, e-commerce, marketer (Facebook). Crypto direction is not considered. Choosing GOATS, you will get :
