Travel Nurse RN - Home Health - $2,880 per week

Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Portland, Oregon. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Home Health Discipline : RN Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Key Responsibilities Conduct admission, routine, recertification, and resumption-of-care visits. Provide wound care, wound VAC management, PICC line care, G-tube / ostomy care, catheter care, and medication administration (IM, IV, SubQ). Complete OASIS documentation and charting via EPIC Remote Client and Rover app. Implement individualized plans of care, educate patients and caregivers, and communicate with interdisciplinary teams. Maintain compliance with infection control, safety, and state / federal home health regulations.
