Lead Maintenance Technician

Seeking a full time Maintenance Technician to join Kane Realty, a Raleigh based company with significant growth potential. The Lead Maintenance Technician will be part of a team responsible for the overall maintenance and all areas related to the day-to-day maintenance operations.

Essential duties include but are not limited to :

• Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and painting
• Repairing and treating structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors / cabinets, walls and building exteriors
• Make ready units for new move-ins
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and be able to maintain, repair and replace HVAC systems
• Responsible for 24 hour emergency maintenance (pre-scheduled times)
• Must be available to work some weekends
• Perform preventative maintenance activities
• Complete grounds work such as : grounds pick up, sweeping and light landscaping
• Pool maintenance
• Coordinate special projects as directed maintenance supervisor or property manager

Job Requirements

Lead Maintenance Technician

Must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions.

Must be able to have a strong attention to detail and handle multi-tasking throughout the day.
