Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Techno-Functional expert to support customization, scripting, API integration, Administration & Reporting efforts across our NetSuite ERP environment. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise and business process knowledge. We recently went live with NetSuite six months ago and are now focused on optimizing, enhancing, and expanding the system to better support our evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Development & Integration

  • Develop and maintain customizations using SuiteScript (User Event, Client, Suitelet, Scheduled, Map / Reduce)
  • Build and manage REST and SOAP-based API integrations using SuiteTalk, RESTlets, or middleware (e.g., Celigo)
  • Monitor and troubleshoot API syncs and integration errors across platforms
  • Create and manage Advanced PDF / HTML templates for transaction forms

NetSuite Administration Support

  • Manage NetSuite configuration : custom records, fields, forms, roles, and permissions
  • Build and maintain workflows, saved searches, Suite Analytics reports, and dashboards
  • Support user provisioning, sandbox refreshes, and NetSuite release testing
  • Ensure data integrity, performance optimization, and system governance

    • Functional & Strategic Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between IT, finance, operations, and business units to gather requirements and implement NetSuite solutions
  • Optimize and automate key processes across financials, purchasing, inventory, and CRM modules
  • Provide internal training and Tier 2 / 3 support for end users
  • Lead or support NetSuite module rollouts and post-go-live enhancements

    • Preferred but Not Required :

  • Experience with NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) for advanced reporting and BI
  • Experience with NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB) for forecasting, scenario modeling, and financial planning
  • Experience with RF Smart WMS

    • Qualifications :

  • 3–5+ years in a NetSuite techno-functional role (admin + development)
  • Proficiency with SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, RESTlets, and NetSuite integration strategies
  • Experience with Advanced PDF customization, workflow automation, and sandbox-to-production deployments
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

    • Preferred (but not required) :

  • NetSuite certifications (Administrator, SuiteCloud Developer, SuiteFoundation)
  • Experience with middleware platforms (Celigo, RF Smart)
  • Exposure to DevOps or Git-based deployment process
