German Centre at Deutsches Altenheim located in West Roxbury, MA, is a skilled nursing residence and post-acute care provider that consistently delivers high-quality, compassionate care while focusing on the development of innovative programs and services that enable individuals to live as independently as possible. We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join the Deutsches Altenheim team at the German Centre and support our residents.

POSITION SUMMARY :

As a member of our Therapy Team, the Physical Therapist provides caring and compassionate s ervices to our residents to include assessment and treatment and initiation of referrals when appropriate and in accordance with department procedures.
