My client, a well-established company in the manufacturing / distribution space, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team.
Ideal candidate will be flexible, tech savvy, possess a high-level of business acumen, looking for a “non-traditional” EA role . Responsibilities will include working on business related projects around communication, writing, compliance, file storage, management systems, training, SOP’s, marketing, and anything / everything as needed.
This role is onsite near Worcester, applicants must live within 20-30 minutes .
Responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Calendar management
- Travel coordination
- Meeting coordination including document prep and minutes
- File and SOP management using SharePoint and internal databases
- Conduct market research and create reports using PowerPoint and Excel
- Manage internal and external communication
- Support marketing efforts
- Collaborate with various departments on projects as needed
- Other ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements :
