Banquet Houseperson / Banquet Event Setup & Takedown

This part time position is responsible for setting up and taking down events, refreshing supplies, delivering food and beverage to event rooms, and other duties to provide excellent service to our guests. The ideal candidate will preferably have evening availability and the flexibility to work weekends. Average wage : $18-$23 / hr+.

Main duties :

• Provide exceptional service to our groups in house
• Set up, takedown, and refresh function space
• Take care of banquet and audiovisual equipment and facilities
• Deliver and service coffee breaks
• Service and refresh meeting rooms during breaks
• Move stacks of chairs, tables, and other furniture
• Perform any additional duties as assigned

Qualifications :

Qualified applicants must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment drug test and background check. The Madison Concourse Hotel is a drug-free workplace.
