💵 Pay : $24–$26 / hr (based on experience)

About the Role

What You’ll Do

• Inspect cables and materials for damage
• Cut, strip, and prepare wires
• Load connectors, apply labels, and use heat shrink
• Build wire harnesses using detailed instructions and assembly boards
• Package and label finished products
• Keep your workspace clean and safe
• Follow safety rules and show up on time

What We’re Looking For

✅ Experience with wiring, soldering, labeling, or reading blueprints

✅ Comfortable using hand tools and crimping / stripping machines

✅ Able to follow schematics and detailed instructions

✅ Background in aerospace, aviation, electronics, or mechanical assembly is a plus

✅ Familiarity with IPC 620 standards is a bonus

✅ Good vision, manual dexterity, and attention to detail

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00 / hr.
