Immediate need for a Family Med and / or Internal Med Physician to join a Community Health group in Northern MT Lets Discuss

H1B and J1 visa candidates welcome

Fulltime FP or IM that would like to provide clinic, ER, inpatient, nursing home care and surgery / scopes if they desire

Full scope with or without OB,

Rotate through call schedule with other providers average 1 : 5-6

Work clinic days year 1 205, 200 year 2, 195 all following years

Salary $220,000

Relocation $15,000

Sign on bonus $15,000

Fulltime benefits health / dental / vision paid in full for provider and their family if applicable, 3% retirement match, CME allowance, State, DEA, MT Drug Registry, MMLP, and Board paid on behalf of provider

NHSC loan repayment or State of Montana $100,000 for 5 years
