Second Shift Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities :

• Track and update high-value shipments with hourly accuracy in shared spreadsheets
• Maintain constant phone and checklist-based communication with drivers
• Manage multiple Outlook inboxes, fielding carrier and customer communication in real time
• Navigate big-name accounts with professionalism and urgency
• Leverage TMS and Excel to keep operations running tight
