What You’ll Do :

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks
• Respond to work orders promptly and efficiently
• Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections of equipment and facilities
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe, organized manner
• Assist with special projects as needed

Pay :   $21.00 – $23.40 per hour
