Schedule 7 PM to 7 AM, with a schedule of every 2-3 weekends required. Job Description We are seeking an experienced Adult Psych RN with charge experience for a night shift position. Candidates must have proficiency in Cerner and be willing to work in a teaching hospital environment, engaging positively with students and new hires. Responsibilities Provide psychiatric nursing care to adult patients. Supervise nursing staff and assist with administrative duties as needed. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a similar psychiatric setting. Active Virginia / Compact Nursing License at the time of submission. BLS Certification is required. CPI Certification will be obtained on site if not currently active.
