job_description.job_card.job_descriptionFlexible Scheduling (in studio 30-35 hours per week) Bonus Opportunities Complimentary Pilates Classes BODYBAR Apparel Discounts Preserve product mix and established monthly rates; collect any outstanding dues Implement member retention strategies to increase loyalty and drive referrals Self-generate leads via grassroots marketing, partnerships, and member referrals Schedule and participate in local networking and community events Recruit, train, schedule and supervise sales staff Evaluate performance of sales staff and instruct on methods of improvement Enforce all policies and procedures Maintain studio cleanliness and organization Merchandise the retail in the boutique to drive sales Manage inventory and organization of all administrative supplies and forms Create community at the studio through engagement with members before and after class 2+ years of retail, service, or fitness sales experience Target-driven with a proven track record in achieving sales quotas Adept in self-generating leads via community events, partnerships, and referrals Excellent communication skills in-person, via phone and email Highly organized; able to prioritize and meet deadlines Professional, trustworthy, and punctual Proficient with client management software Passionate about fitness and building community Experience in business growth and leadership preferred

Job Summary
The BODYBAR Pilates Studio Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets through management of studio staff and membership operations. This individual is responsible for the implementation of the studios sales process and member retention strategies, trains and manages the sales team, and serves as the face of the brand both in and out of the studio. The role requires someone with sales, management, and leadership experience. Boutique fitness experience is a plus.
