Key Responsibilities
Own full cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level searches across various business areas
Develop effective recruiting strategies in collaboration with hiring leaders in the U.S. and Canada
Mentor and support junior team members while iterating on recruiting and interviewing practices
Required Qualifications
7+ years of recruiting experience with increasing complexity in search types
Prior experience in fast-growth startups for product management, design, or business operations preferred
Proven success in a high-velocity, output-driven environment
Bachelor's Degree
