Flywheel Centers is seeking reliable, compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy to children with autism in their homes in Plainsboro, NJ . This role is ideal for someone seeking consistent part-time hours on weekends and weekday afternoons / evenings, with the opportunity to grow in the behavioral health field.

Under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will assist children in developing essential skills in communication, social interaction, and independence, while reducing behaviors that interfere with their daily lives.

What You'll Do

Provide individualized ABA therapy in a child's home

Follow treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA

Support the child's goals in communication, social skills, and behavior

Accurately track session data and progress

Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Must be at least 18 years of age

Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to homes in Plainsboro

Experience working with children (required)

ABA experience or RBT certification (preferred, but not required)

A calm, positive, and patient attitude
