We are seeking a skilled Tool & Die Maker to join our company. This role involves making and repairing tools, dies, and fixtures for single station and progressive tooling. The ideal candidate will demonstrate mechanical aptitude, a high attention to detail, and a passion for quality craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret engineering drawings or blueprints.
- Inspect dies for wear and identify maintenance needs.
- Disassemble, clean, and repair dies using hand tools and power tools.
- Set up and operate grinders, mills, lathes, drills, and other machining equipment.
- Use micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure adherence to tight tolerances.
- Build dies, construct fixtures,
