Our client is a leading construction management firm who are seeking a Superintendent to oversee luxury retail projects for globally recognized brands in Miami.
What We’re Looking For :
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction (luxury or high-end retail strongly preferred)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in architectural / MEP / millwork drawings and MS Project
- A highly motivated individual with the desire to learn and develop
