A company is looking for a Data Architect with a focus on Data Modeling for a remote 1099 contract position.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement data models to support analytics and reporting in Power BI
Build and optimize data architecture within Amazon Redshift for scalability and performance
Develop and maintain data dictionaries, lineage, and documentation for key business domains
Required Qualifications
Strong experience in data architecture and data modeling, particularly with star schema and dimensional design
Hands-on experience with Amazon Redshift or similar cloud data warehouse platforms
Deep understanding of semantic modeling and its support for Power BI and self-service analytics
Experience working with Salesforce and / or Veeva data in a life sciences or pharmaceutical environment
Solid grasp of data governance, lineage, and metadata management concepts
