As a Full-Time Client Support Specialist at One Community Bank, you'll play a pivotal role in exceeding client expectations daily. Leveraging enhanced technology over traditional methods, you'll engage with clients through phone, email, and online chat, addressing inquiries related to deposit accounts, loans, and online banking. Your expertise will shine as you process transactions via our Interactive Teller Machine (ITM), allowing you to deliver efficient and personalized service. By researching and resolving client issues, you'll foster lasting relationships while identifying opportunities to recommend relevant bank products.

Your financial conversations will help clients articulate their needs, enabling you to open various banking products and services. With a commitment to making a difference in the community, you'll also represent One Community Bank at local events and organizations, embracing change and seeking continuous improvement in every interaction. Would you be a great Client Support Specialist?

To thrive as a full-time Client Support Specialist at One Community Bank, you'll need a blend of interpersonal and technical skills.
